This book was so freaking good! I received this as an ARC from Cassandra Robbins and wordsmith publicity and i finished it in like 5 hours! I could not put it down! It was only my second professor/dean-student relationship book and it was a trope I didn’t know i was missing out on.

It follows Brett who is on track to become the youngest dean at Cal. University. He is a cocky, arrogant man and thinks he is above it all. He has flings and his most recent one being another professor at the university named Skylar.

Incomes Alexandrea, a freshman at the university who just moved to California from Ohio, and she moves in with her half sister…..Skylar, who happens to be a professor at Cal. University.

There is instant attraction between Alex and Brett the minute she walks into his class, late. Forbidden love, cocky alpha-hole, dominating in the bedroom…what more can you ask for out of a book! He is a walking red flag but hey, red has always been a great color 🤣

You know some books have a great plot but not so much spice. Or you have a super spicey book but the plot is non existent…well this book had both! A great storyline and all the spice you could ask for lol

BRB going to read all of Cassandras other books.
